Shipping Policy
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Handmade items may take 2-3 business days to be made and dispatched. All order are sent via CTT.
Once you have placed your order in our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking information (if you selected a tracked shipping option). Please remember to check your junk/spam inbox as sometimes the emails can filter into there.

Europe
Tracked delivery: 7,50€
Estimated delivery between 3-5 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email. Due to customs and courier handover delays, the timeframe may be extended during busier periods.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged post during shipping. Once parcels have been dispatched and handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over that parcel's delivery. We therefore strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service.
