  • All stainless steel jewelry can be worn in water. However, constant contact with water and liquids can reduce the lifespan of your pieces so we advise to remove before showering, swimming or exercising;
  • Allow perfume, lotions and creams to be absorbed into skin before putting on your jewelry;
  • After use, clean your jewelry gently with our cloth to remove any oil or dust and restore their shine;
  • When not in use, store your pieces in our jewelry pouch in cool, dry place to prevent oxidation, scratching and chains getting tangled.

Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on all items from date of purchase.

  • If an item is received broken or incorrect you must email in within 14 days of receiving it. You are entitled to a free replacement if this is the case;
  • Our warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects;
  • Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, improper handling, scratches & lost or stolen goods or parts.

Ring Size Guide

You can find your ring size in two ways: 
Mesure your finger
  1. Wrap a strip of paper or ribbon around your finger where you'd like the ring to be;
  2. Make sure that the paper or ribbon is pulled snug to your finger to find your best fit;
  3. Mark the spot where the paper or ribbon meets and measure the length with a ruler;
  4. Use the above chart to determine your ring size.  
Mesure an existing ring
  1. Select an existing ring that fits the desired finger;
  2. Measure the internal diameter of the ring;
  3. Use the above chart to determine the ring size.

 

If you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

Packaging

Our goal is to be as sustainable as possible. Our jewelry is packaged in a reusable cotton pouch where you can store your pieces.

If purchasing multiple products, they will be packed together in the same pouch.

If purchasing a gift or multiple items, please make a note at the checkout if:

  • You would like us to add a personal handwritten note;
  • You require multiple items to be packed separately, please specify.
